Who's the boss in your tanks?

My indian algae eater is the boss of my tank in terms of bossing around. he lays on the log and shooos any fish that come near him,
he's a real ***(the word i'm thinking of isnt aprropriate)*** fish
i really want to replace him with ottos

In my tank of neons, cardinals and rummy-nose tetras, it is one of the neons! Genghis likes to scare all the other fish away from the food and hog on it until he can barely move! He's quite the tyrant!

My lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil lil betta i have he's only like 1.5 inches excluding fins someone sneaks up on him thinking he's a lil pip squeak and suddenly.........

RRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You would think that it was my Rainbow shark but it's actually a very moody danio.

   my comen pleco thinks he is the king but i would say eather my silver gar or my 5 and a half inch bala shark is first to eat or now that he is starting to eat my new peacock eel is mean as hell to the woms he eats :fun:

My Black Ghost Knife is a king at nighttime (I have seen it :/), but by daylight, my negro angel is boss o' da tank. :)

8 Gallon: Betta's the boss... and nope I'm not ever going to add any fish in there with him. If you really want to know he already killed one of my guppies and a goldfish twice his size

10 Gallon: The male Dwarf Gourami is the boss, though there isen't much fighting or anything happening in there.

20 Gallon: The glassfish... They act like a pack of wolves when eating.

35 Gallon: Swordtails are at peace with each other.. so nobody is a boss.

In my two tanks, Both have platy's as the boss.

The first (my 29 gallon) has Peter, who is very large for a Platy, and he frequently chases George the Pearl Gourami (who is 3 times his size). He leaves most of the other fish alone though.

And the Second is Penny, my trans-gender Platy. When I bought him, she was quiet and gentle, but then one day she became a he and he's been chasing all of the other fish since.

My big feemale black neon overall.

But my Bristlenose when it comes to her food.
