Whoah, this is the one my dad was going to buy [well him and his 2 lfs best mates] but they thought its expensive considering there shop is a bit bigger and is less rental [they are still considering it though] And yeah, knaff colour scheme.

Just get a few jcbs, dig around the shop, get a massive lorry with a flat surface on tha back, get a crane to slip the surface under the shop, then lift it onto the lorry and its a big game of balancing

how's the location? If it's in a place where alot of people pass by, or easily accessible, you will get alot of business.

how's the competition? any other shops in the neighborhood?

I think the majority of fish keepers keep freshwater, so having a 50/50 split would be good. The shop also needs to stock equipment which it seems to be missing room for.
