i put my 2 bettas tanks together and oh my goodness!! LeeAnn's bars (thats her new name) got bolder than they ever had and the male loved her- well he loves all the females-

Both of them are gorgeous! I'm sure my male halfmoon would like some females, but I got him some tetra buddies instead as I don't have the right equipment for the babies.

Those are not breeding stripes siezethecupcake. I suspect that they are a part of the bettas natural coloring instead.

i know that they are not he natural coloring, she is all blue when not exposed to a male.

she is getting eggy though. it does not look like it from the side yet, but if you look from the top she is getting rounder

oh those are not the breeding tanks. i have a 10gal for the breeding tank.
