The thumb rule for stocking in the tank is one inch of fish per gallon. 96L = 25G. Minus two gallons for decorations and substrate, and you have 23G, which is 23 inches of fish. I have to say, you are rather overstocked ._. I have the same problem as you, what im doing is finding the best possible home for these guys, then starting over to ensure they're truly healthy and happy. Hope this helps.
