I clean out all my 9 tanks weekly, it takes a while, but it's worth it, I would never trust my parents or my sister with my tanks. They do nothing, and that's how I like it.
well the tanks are supposed to be our tanks but i do most of the stuff. when i do water changes when my husband is home we does all the buckets for me and other random jobs i ask him to do. he will do it if i ask him but never offers to help lol most of the time i like to deal with it myself anyways.
Well me and my other half living in different houses so we help eachother do our maintenance. Normally i do all my tanks by myself and i help her with her tanks.
My eldest son (now 12) was the one who persuaded me to get a tank about 3 years ago, which he had in his bedroom. Since then, the tank has moved downstairs into the lounge and been upgraded twice.
I can't remember the last time my son got his hands in the tank .............
I do everything for all our tanks.
Don't even think bf has fed any of the fish once even though he is the one that wanted a tank to begin with.
I guess he figures since he's spending all the money I can do all the maintenance heh. I don't mind most of the time though.
split between us, at the moment Ian takes care of his planted tank and i do the two little tanks then we share the care on the marine tank and the big tank, however if we do sell the big tank then i'll be doing the marine tank by myself mostly so we then each have 1 high maintenance tank and 1 little tank.
