White Spot Treatment

Hi, got a black mollie with couple of whitespot on her tailfin, i've got a section of the tank partitioned off with baby mollie fry, does anyone know if its ok to use whitespot (waterlife protozin whitespot & fungus) treatment in the tank with the fry?
