White Spot Treatment

Hi there
I think one of my Sailfin mollys has got whitespot but was wondering if i could treat the whole tank with fry in a breeding net in the same tank?
The fry were only born this morning and dont want them to die
Will the treatment kill the fry?

Are the spots like small grains of salt? Or fluffy and white in appearance?
What size tank, other fish, water test results?

What med are you using?

I would recommend half dosing, I had a similar problem, and just used half the dose it recommended, my fry were fine, and the white spot eventually cleared up!

I had platy fry born during whitespot treatment, in my tank , they are fine and thriving , i used full strength meds and actually had to do two courses of meds to clear it . I also used melafix alongside the treatment. good luck.
