Sorry to hear that! I just lost my favorite angelfish a couple weeks ago to a mysterious illness, so I understand a bit about how you feel.

yeah unfortunately thats how it seems to go.. 
Sorry about your loss also. I'm thinking about rehoming as many as I can and going with cichlids. I dunno. I love my clowns!
