White Spot Diseases Or Something Else?

i got a new male about a week ago, when i got him he had something odd on his gill cover pretty much sticking out, like there is something under it, i also noticed he had some white specks on his tail, it is only on one side so i thought it to be little bubbles,

today i got him out of the breeding tank i was keeping him in till i had his tank ready, the bump is still there, though he also has the bubbles? it is not anything bad is it, like something i cant help with,
i have given him some all round meds stress coat stuff though, i still dont like the look of the bump, im going to take some photos as soon as my cam has the power, then add them, though ill check now if it is charged ill get the photos and add them.

anyone have any ideas though ill upload the pictures in a little

i added 1 picture though it is not that good,
i have him in a container right now so that i can move him to his new tank,

Have you noticed him flashing? Like getting close to a rock and trying to scratch himself? I currently have Ich in my tank and I'm treating it . Some of my fish flash but they don't have white spots yet.

not that i have noticed, though he dose hide allot,
