White/silver Ghost Fish

Hi Ive recently bought some ghost fish for my cold water tank and they do nothing but race round like there possessed they calm down when thge light gets turned off so bit confused

They obviously don't like the light. My "new" fish when I got them didn't like the light; so I just turned it off until they got settled in.

ghostfish? do you mean ghost koi / ghost carp?
if that is the case they belong in a pond or better still a lake.

Ill take a picture of one of them when i bought them it said ghostfish they were in a rank with red cap orandas

I cant get my camera to work there about 3 inch in lengt there like a wierd goldy silver colour and on the tank desription it said ghostfish no there bot koi or carp fish and another question what happens if you put a heater in a cold water tank and the temp is about 26 degrees cheers

Why have you put it in a tropical tank? It wouldnt last to long they are adapted to live in coldwater not tropical.

they are deffo ghost koi.
they are pond/lake fish

They look like koi and can get up to 1M and need to be in a pond with a min of 8foot by 4 by 6
