Thank you in advance for any help.
Over the last 3 weeks I have noticed a proliferation of small white, sesame seed sized, critters growing on my drift wood.
I have a fair amount of bog wood, in my tank redish in color. These guys stand out and are going to cover my wood if I don't intervene.
They can only be scrapped off with a finger nail they have a hard outer shell.
I have corys, rainbowfish, bumblebee snails, a few pest snails, algae eaters, small shrimp.
I have poured over the boards trying to find any posts on this topic and found nothing.
I asked my LFS if he could identify the critter and he was unable to help.
im worried they will take over and they really blow the whole look of the tank.
many thanks
