A few pics of plants:

The whole tank (yes its slightly busy =P Will be sorted in upgrade!!)

This plant has really good roots and is actually sprouting new shoots.

Would really like to know what this is as I would like more in the new tank.

The one at the back to the left of the filter has also sprouted shoots which are the ones planted in front of the boxwood.

i think youv got crypts infrount of your amazon swords in the corrner pictrue
the spindely things at the back iv got no idear what they are
i think to the left you might have java fern i cant tell... which plants were you haveing a problem with...?
java fern shouldent be planted in the substrate its rhizome will rot (the one in the last pic)im not 100% sure with it... but if it starts growing out of its leaves leave it be they will be baby plants its a slow grower

none of them need high light levels and they could all benefit from fertilizer tabs

red = java fern nana -no fets req -low light propagates by sending of babys on its leaves
purple = crypt- low light good root system should have some type of fert (but seeing as u have babys it might not be nessary)propagtes by runners
pink = Amazon sword - low to mid light good root system propgates by flowers and u can split them when they get big
