White Fish ?

hi i am asking a question on here for a relative of mine who keeps gold fish she says one has turned white? but the rest seem okays any ideas please anyone thanks joe

I just read about this in the latest PFK. Basically goldfish lose their colour pigmentation as they get older and may end up white or silver. Just like people getting grey hair!

thanks for the replies .............................and the fish was originally orange or goldfish color orange lol

well its nothing to worry about either way, but it could be due to poor lighting, if they dont have a light on the tank. or just how it was meant to be
