White Dust

Hi my tank is under 3 weeks old and all of a sudden I have like white ash/dust all over my bogwood and on some plant leaves, can anyone help or advise?

I know this is like nearly a year old but its top of google search. I also have it especially when I've took the wood out the water then put it back in. I think its could be some type of fungus. Most bogwood related fungi are harmless and eaten by fish. I managed to get rid of it by brushing the wood with a tooth brush
