White blob on zebra danio

One of my zebra danios has this little white blob looking thing on its lower lip/jaw area. it doesn't really look like ich.... Sorry I can't give a more accurate description or a picture. Can anybody help me on this

Is it fluffy, like cotton wool?
If so its it cotton mouth. this is a fungus and can be treated with
Copper Sulphate. Look for any medication that has that as the active ingredient.

Cotton mouth is normally caused by stress and adding melafix or an aquarium salt to the tank will help.

Sounds like mouth fungus, I presonally never saved a fish from this

thanks danio... i have him quarentined right now, but i can't buy medicine because everything's closed today since its labor day

you can give him a salt bath.
If you have any "aquarium salts" add that to the quarentine tank.
