I have been looking at this fish for a possible addition to my reef tank anyone have any experience with it. I saw it on Live Aquaria and they say it's peaceful and reef safe.

Acclimate it very slowly and make sure it gets enough to eat. It's secretive and gets timid. It exhibits typical wrasse behavior, but without much of the aggression. It'll probably get lost and will be out-competed for food in a larger tank. I had the Tanaka's which is very similar. They clean out the tank of pests too, also very wrasse-like behavior.

Thanks so much...I think I'm gonna pass on it then..I don't want it to compete with my dragonet or be scared to death by my nosy clowns. My tank isn't big but it is very tall. I do have alot of bristle worms...would it eat them and not the pods the manderin needs???
