Which Test Kit Should I Use

one thing that i definitely know is that im going to buy an api master test kit. but for a brackish figure 8 puffer tank.....with sg of 1.005..........thats fine right...?.....should i purchase a marine or freshwater kit?

I used the salt water (not reef master) kit, and it seemed to work fine.

Yeah! Ive been trying to find out which test kit for a whole week. No one could answer me!?? Ive only just noticed this brakish forum - doh!

Glad I read this. How did it go by the way, I will buy my saltwater api kit today and (finally) begin cycling.

I have a small, new, brakish set up. Im going to add tripical crabs when its ready.
