Yes.

In order to use Paypal, you will need a Paypal account. I found mine very easy to set up though, that should not prevent you getting something that you can afford to buy.

take care when opening an account. there are charges made for, some transactions. also for the method used to pay money into the account. paypal is fine, just know what you, may, be getting into.

hi, i can't set up a paypal account, because my parents won't, so i'll have to look for one that accepts a different method of payment. unless anyone is selling one here?
