Alasse you could try getting black sand for the albino corys
. One of my tanks has a blend of black sand and white sand which makes an interesting contrast.
As for what corydoras I keep.....
2 separate shoals of peppered catfish one shoal is 25 at last head count, the other shoal has goodness knows how many, but is a mix of longfin and normal along with an albino longfin. The peppered keep breeding so I often see new young ones getting about in the tank.

2 unknowns but suspect might be similis and am finally getting 4 more now that I finally found some available
Pygmy corys
and lastly 17 odd strebia
There are other types that I would love to get, but room is limited, even with 7 tanks.
10 adult corydoras aeneus in one breeding tank.
20-30 corydoras aeneus in a bigger tank.
A LOT of fry in a nother tank, they are ready to move in a couple of weeks
