They look like the ones supplied by TMC, the "Nature" Backgrounds. They go for between £120 and £180 depending on your tank size. The simple Rocky one can look very effective with bogwood in the forground and some tall plants, I've seen it in the flesh and once in a stocked tank with the odd little bit of algae they look very realistic.

i'd go for #1
i used to have a 3d background, a coal face effect, made out of polystyrene which looked really good when it was new but after a while a load of black growth appeared on it an it was impossible to clean so i ended up pulling it out ond going for a plain back groung that goes outside the tank (much easyer to clean!)
