wheres a good place to

is it posible to buy fake coral?

and if so where

Ive just realised it requires a lot of attention

attention is the least of your worries with coral...i'd be more concerned about the lighting, if you want hard coral that is

don't you have a freshwater tank?
Ive got a tank wit nothing in at moment

was gonna get freshwater fish tho

why dont corlal work in fresh water?

Im at liveaquaria.com

looking at fish

Does "marine Fish" mean they live in salt water?

ok cool

well its gonna be a salt water tank now

I they hader to look after?

how big is your spare tank?

and how much money do you have to spend?

Salt water tanks require more equipment and much more experiance, research or both. You can buy "fake" plastic coral to put in a freshwater tank, but real coral will die and dead coral will make your pH go up. If you do decide to go with saltwater I'd read this and this. Then you can weigh your options etc...

dunno

my dad use to have a pet shop, but it closed dow

and we still got a tank, there might be 2 actualy

not sure how many gallons, its about hummmm

atleast 3 foot, by foot and half/ 2 foot

think theres loads of equipment out there aswell

so was just planing on buying fish and a new light

a tank that size would probably be considered a nano-reef, at most you could keep a few clownfish i'd say, if you want live coral/invbe ertabrates your cost go up dramatically, not only will you need more expensive lights, but conditions must no less than perfect, or they will die.
