Where To Get Daylight Cfl Bulbs

Ok, I have seen so many alleged daylight bulbs about yet non of them seem to be the same, I want a few spiral cfl ones, can anyone tell me where to get them around the uk ( non I see in the shops say 6500K )or on ebay, even the ebay sellers seem to have different ideas what is a daylight bulb!. Oh I want them for my tanks, seems cheaper than buying tubes!.
