Where to get cheap tanks

Just a few months ago I obtained a 90 gallon (4'x1.5'x2') tank for free.

How? For free?

That's so cool! I was hoping for at least 90... my dad says my 55 is too big even though he didnt even notice when I moved it into the main area lol

Try looking at your LFS. What is your budget?

PetCo has a $ per gallon sale coming up. I believe the bigger tanks are discounted extremely.

I got my 10g at my LFS for just $15. (It also came with a nice filter and heater) You never know what deal you will strike!

I would prefer under $200 if possible as I am hoping to get it for my bday next Saturday haha

That is always a possibility they will say yes. Our they could loan you the extra $70 and then pay it off later. Tell them you will/might get a job (if you are old enough?) or do work around the house.

Yes I asked my dad, he said it's a possibility (but hes sick right now so we'd have to work around that) I have enough money for it. And have applied to work at my favorite summer camp that I have been going to since I was 9. I told him I would tear down and store my 55 and my 10 if I could have this. It would fit in my room.

Hope you Dad feels better soon. My local Petco has tanks on sale, really nice prices. The only way for me to get one into the house without a fight (verbal) is if I find one for free. Still hopeful for the future
