Where To Buy Good Quality Plants Online

i was wondering where i could buy some good quality live plants for cheap online?
my lfs does not have good plants and they never have names so i choose not to buy from them....
where do you guys buy plants from and how is the dilevery like?

oh and i need to make sure that the website delivers to ireland

I've used eBay quite a few times. Theres two sellers that are good they do plants in 10 - 150. But that's not 10 - 150 bunches.

Delivery is quite quick if brought Monday - Wednesday, I've never had any bad plants from them.

Search eBay for something like: Tropical Plants Fish Tank, you will see them come up

Do you have a local Maidenhead aquatics? They do Aquafluer plants: 4 pots for £10, good quality plants.

In that case I'd recommend Aquafluer from aqua essentials, they're about £3.50 a pot but the value is great.

Last Trading Post, an eBay seller is someone that I've had plants from a few times with no quibbles. Always very healthy and often you'll get a couple extra plants thrown in.

The Green Machine (www.thegreenmachineonline.com) sells tropica plants, so although a little more expensive, you get good quality plants. They ahve also just started a new "exceptional value" range, which so far I haven't had plants from, but I expect them to be of a similar high quality, they're just a bit cheaper going for between £3 and £4 a pot, even for plants like HC.

I'm also looking just now at ordering some plants from Aquarium Gardening (www.aquarium-gardening.com) so I'll soon know if they're any use

After hunting around on Aquarium Gardening I found that they have a minimum order of £25 with a postage charge of £6.50, so doubt I'll get my plants from there as I only want a couple, but seems good value on plants if you're buying quite a few.

Yeah, the green machine will deliver most places really. I'm not sure about postage charges to ireland but I just received a fairly big box from them with wood in and postage only cost me £3.50

You can get HC out of their value range I think, but I dunno how much you'll get in comparison to the normal pot size I guess. I suppose it would be good for trying it at first, as HC is pretty demanding in terms of CO2 etc.
