Where They Go?

I came home from holiday and finallygot round to cleaning the main 55 gal and ive noticed some fish missing with no signs of leftovers?? My tank has 2 bn plecs and a small clown plec 5 metae corys 14 phantom tetra 2 keyholes 1 blue steel apistogramma 1 xl male cacatuoides 1 female borelli and a couple of oregon fry... The fish i have missing are 1 xl macmasteri 1 l bitaentia and 1 small female alcarina. I have checked the whole tank and cant find nothing. What a bummer

If they have died the fish would've eaten the remains, but that's all I'd think it could be.

but how could they die they were all perfectly healthy the only thing i could think of is when i added my breeding cacatuoides male and he might of killed them?
