These freshwater archers are a population of Toxotes microlepis, a species that reaches a maximum length of 15 cm. Given the other archers rarely get to full size in captivity, this species might only get to around 12 cm or so in your aquarium.
I'm wondering if you might not be better skipping the silver dollars and just getting a school of archers. I haven't kept archerfish in groups, so I'd suggest posting a message on this species in the Brackish section. Others might know what's a good balance between aquarium size and the number of archerfish kept. I fear the tank would be too small for a safe number of archers (~6 specimens), but it's worth asking around.
Archers are relatively deep bodied, so they will need at least a clear 30 cm depth, but beyond that, I don't get the impression they're particularly fussy. That said, a 31 gallon tank isn't huge, and you may find having all the fish you want a bit of a squeeze.
Cheers,
Neale

Cool, so about 4feet long...does height matter???
so say an 31 UK Gallon (48"Lx15"Dx12"W), i could have one archer (i would have ago with the prawn, just would want to know i dont need a constant supply...) maybe 5 or 6 silver dollars?? and 5 or 6 cats too?
that would be an awesome tank, IMO B)
