I work nights so I usually feed my swordies around 8:30 PM (lights out at 9:00 PM when I leave for work) and then again at 6:30 AM when I come home and turn their lights on. Fry tanks get a couple of extra feeding throughout the day, I tend to sleep for 3 or 4 hours, get up for a little bit, feed the fry, go back to sleep for a couple of hours, get up and feed the fry...
I've tried to make myself skip a day occasionally but the swordies want nothing to do with that idea. It's really hard to say no to a couple of dozen swordies that are staring at you and wiggling as hard as they can.
