When Do Koi Angels Start To Get Color?

I bought some Koi angels that are around quarter to half dollar size. 1 of the bigger ones has some black on him but the rest are still all whitish/silver. They all have yellow/orange on the head but no black yet. just wondering if they will stay this way or if they eventually put other colors on. Thanks
