Whatswrong With My Budgie?

Earlyer in the year my budgie got scalie face. He went to the bird vet and got 2 injections. He is ok. Hes feet are quite old looking and he has a tiny bit of yellow crust on his beek where it is blue! Does he still have scalie face? Should i put vasaline on his feet?

I would re vet him , how old is he the crusty part leads me to believe he is suffering from an infection most likely a respitory in nature. what are his poos like are they normal or changed ? how is his eating ? what is his weight
