Well killifish eggs are usually cheap on aquabid for most species. I love killifish and would like to get maybe 2 or 3 more for my community tank. Of course I'll look up the species but I'm wondering if it is worth it to order eggs off aquabid?

Anybody ever done this?

It depends if you are going to get into a bidding war on certain eggs, and end up paying an extortionate amount of money for what may be termed as an easy species. On the other hand, How experienced are you at keeping Killifish. Rearing fry (sometimes minute) can pose problems water conditions too come into play as certain varieties of Rivulus will just waste away in hard water.
I see you are Canadian and if you are serious about getting into Killifish then join the Canadian Killifish Association (CKA). You will meet like minded people and wont get ripped off when it comes to aquireing stock eggs/fish. You might find you will even get some stock for free. For the price of the membership it's well worth it, believe me. I am a member of the (AKA) Americian Killifish Assoc, (BKA) British Killifish Assoc & (SKS) Scandinavian Killifish Assoc. The knowledge base is emmense. People on places like Aquabid are in it for commercial gain and up to a point who can blaim them. Do yourself a favour and join one of the national societies.
