Hello, i noticed my glofish tetra has a sort of internal bleeding happening or something so if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated. I will add a picture.

I'm with Emerald on this, looks like an internal injury.

How long have you had the fish for?
Is there anything it could be caught by/ under in the tank?
Are there any other fish in the tank?

Just monitor and see how it goes.

A big water change and gravel cleaning the substrate every day for a week can help dilute disease organisms in the water and reduce the chance of secondary infection.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the aquarium.
