Ok.
I would do a water change and start the med again.
According to the info on esha exit med you don't have to run black carbon or do water changes.
But i would do a water change and gravel vac before you start the course of meds again.

that's what i was thinking too...took out carbon from the filter when started with med first time. what can help them to recover? some vitamins ? i am really worried hate when my pets don't feel good

Garlic juice is good it boost there immune system.
Just soak some flakes in garlic juice.

is it the juice from the fresh garlic or something diff?

Fresh garlic. Just squeeze the juice out.
Think you can buy some flake food with garlic added.
