What’s wrong with fish?

My fish will do this for like 15mins idk why

Glass surfing is a stress response. Either the tank is set up wrongly for his species, or he's losing out in conflicts with other fish. It's also possible the tank is brand new and he's having difficulties with that.

More info would probably get more help.
