You just came across elitist, in the way you used capitals in words, like when people emphasize on words when they are being patronizing/sarcastic...in other words just thinking that their knowledge is generally better than yours.
Of course totally ignoring the fact that i wrote 'i think', which meant I was not entirely sure anyway.
To add to your opinion with one of my own, it is best not to take risks in fish keeping....so much fairer not to mix small Tetras with Angels..if there is a chance they will be killed and eaten.
My personal recommendation would be..
3ftx2ftx1ft tank (2ft tall) if possible...but anything bigger would be great..
then stock it with something like...
2 x common angels, of the colours of your choice.
8 x white tip tetras(these can be expensive, but very hardy and absolutely stunning)
1 x Bristlenose Plec
6 x Corydoras (colour/species of your choice...keeping in mind, some are not as hardy as others and have tough water requirments)
Don't get Rams with Angels unless you add another foot on to the tank, and keep in mind how hard GBR's can be to please/keep....the only time i ever kept these successfully was in a tank with Discus, Cardinals, Panda Corys at a PH of 6 and tmpature of 30c
