what is the diffenernce between a us gallon and uk gallon. I bought my tank in canada its a 46gallon, i dont know if its us or uk tho

A US gallon is smaller then an Imperial gallon.

1 US gallon = 3.785 liters.
1 Imperial gallon = 4.546 liters.

thanks for the info. I have one other question is there another way of finding out if its a uk or us tank. its a Bowhead measurments approx <---> accross 3ft. Height 1ft 19inches, and width 1ft 17inch at most sides are smaller. I need to find out so i can fiqure out how many fish i can put in, and for medication purposes. Btw the tank is full and has cyled now, therefore i cannot empty it and refill it to find out how big it is .

If you live in Canada, the tank you bought is most likely imported from the States; therefore, it'll be measured in US gallons.
