Would like the healthiest food for my fish that is not to much money. Also the best tap water dechlorinator

I dont have my aquarium set up but I am buying stuff soon. I am getting tropical fish for a tropical tank. Probably getting a betta

i use prime, it lasts ages and helps with a good slime coat on the fish
