I believe they are bumping it towards the top so William sees it, with a bit of added humor. They are doing you a favor, but hogging all the cookies.

It took me a few weeks to get a reply to a question that I asked Will, but he did answer. Try emailing him to see if he responds to that quicker?
Rocknurworld has a point though, mods should be able to rise above things like this, after all isn't that why they are chosen as mods in the first place?

ive asked mods to close this thread, as the matter is now closed as ive already discussed it with a mod, and it will be taking no further.

and thank you aberdeen aquarist for seeing my point.

you say they are bumping it to the top for me tolak, but yet wiithin a day, a mod is writing in a couple of stupid comments on it, which they know they shouldnt be doing!

ummm no i don't think it is, i think it's their level of knowledge, commitment to the board and ability to diffuse problems.

i don't think there's anything which say's they shouldn't contribute to the forum in the normal way, i.e. chatting about fish and having a bit of a laugh along the way.

maybe i'm wrong though
