Got some builders coming in this week. Gone be noisy and some drilling. Shall i leave the fish tank lights off and cover up the tank?? or just leave it as normal??

I wouldn't worry, i play music prob as loud or even louder then drilling - i've got letters from the enviromental protection act due to it too, next is a court case!!
