What is the funniest thing you've ever seen your betta do?

We had left a couple of pellets on the top of our betta tiny tank. Well one night he must have been pretty hungry that he actually jumped up and hit the top of the tank. Attempting to get the pellets I would think. He did this for almost 10 minutes.

Ok this one is not too funny. I needed a snail to put into one of our former betta tank so I went to petsmart. I bought a snail and came home and put it in. The betta was very content for the first couple of minutes until the snail actually emerged from the shell. The betta freaked. He attacked the snail killing it. Well unfortunately the betta died a couple of weeks later from eating the snail. Sad..

Sorry to hear it Good story though. If we were talking about snail stories....

My larger pleco was about 3inches long and often I would see him sitting on my applesnails cleaning them it was quite amusing to see the snails crawling along with a pleco on top until... one day...

I came down and saw the pleco almost vertical with his nose in a snail and his tail in the air. Applesnails have trap doors on their shell... So I thought poor plec was dead but he was not and in fact he tried to swim with the snail but he kind of went around in circles, there was nothing for it and I had to carefully pull the pleco out, when he came out his nose was all red But believe it or not he survived and so did the snail and it has never happened again
