What ya guys think of this

I got a 28" lighting kit right now.. and this is only 24 but.... i dont think the 4" will make a big diff will it ?

Difficult to answer, it depends what kind of tank you have under it. The supplied lamps are fine for a marine coral setup, but useless for a freshwater or planted tank for example.
