Week last saturday i saw one of my clowns had white spot I bought the stuff and dosed that day and repeated it 4 days later (tuesday). On sunday all fish were clear but i gave another dose,I just did a water change and hovered the tank ,now what would you do ,

Dose again or leave it??

Just because you can't see the spots on the fish, doesn't mean they're gone - they actually fall of and it's only during this 'free-swimming' stage that you can kill the buggers. I would dose again.

Just keep in mind loaches are very sensitive to meds & you should be using half of the recommended dose.

My best advice would be to double check the posted threads at the top of this forum regarding fish diseases, tip top advice. Otherwise snag a book on fish from the library and double check what they say on treating common fish diseases. I also heard loaches are med sensitive but haven't had them myself, have only seen others treat them. Good luck and high fives for moving swiftly on this and being so observant of your fish. They are lucky to have you!
