why not try tinned veg. after checking on salt content. there is, probably, no better way to feed fish veg. cheap as chips too.

I feed tinned garden peas. Rinse them first. My ruby shark loves them.

yeah tried them on garden peas today, took the outer skin off them and fed the meaty part inside.. they loved them...

i feed peas, courgette and cucumber my fish. the SAE's especially love it, (and it keeps them off the moss.
