This green one bars up and she has an ovipositer
I WISH I had a male pk

That Looks so much like my male plakat too... Are u sure there is a Ovipositor?

The way the Dorsal Curves and the extended anal, and the small belly looks... I would say its a male. Do you have a pic of the Ovipositor? Then again plakats and females look so a like.
