What To Replace Rehomed Fish With?

Since rehoming my large Bala shark my tank is looking kind of sparse. There is a lot going on at the bottom and top of the tank, but the middle is pretty bare. Is there anything suitable to add to fill the space he's left?
120L Current stock is
1 x Angel
3 x Pearl Gouramis
4 x Male guppies
6 x Serpae Tetras
2 x Bristlenose
I was thinking maybe of just upping the number of Serpaes, maybe another 5, if adding a new species is too much... Thoughts?

A group of 6 red eye tetras would look nice.

Another group of Tetras would be nice Will check out what my LFS has in stock when I go for more food this weekend.

I'd personally remove the pearl gouramis, replace them with a smaller gourami species, then try another group of tetra, something blue/green as you already have the other end of the colour spectrum in the serpae.

No, I love my Pearl Gouramis Definitely not getting rid of any of my current stock.
