Though it depends on the Catfish I Do Reccomend Wardleys Shrimp Pellets
Lol.
I don't really reccomend Wardley's Fish Flakes!!
It has some rather weird ingredients rather than the simple flakes. Though it is really beneficial that it sinks fast
Here are what the Wardley's Fish Flakes ingredients:
Fish meal
Wheat Flour
Soy Protein Concentrate
Wheat Gluten Meal
Fish Protein Concentrate
Corn Gluten Meal
Menhaden Oil
Brewer's Dried Yeast
Shrimp Meal
Narutal Flavor
Dehydrated Alfalfa Meal
Wheat Germ Meal
Lecithin
Dried Pacific Krill Digest
Lignin Sulfonate
Xanthan Gum
L-Ascorbyl-2Polyphosphate
Vitamin Premix Containing (Wheat Middlings, Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Riboflavin Supplement, Niacin Supplement, Calcium Pantothenate, Menadine Sodium Bisulfite Complex, Folic Acid, Pyridoxine HCI, Thiamine Mononitrate d-Biotin)
Iron Oxide
Choline Chlorid
Betaine
Coconut Oil
Carrot Oleoresin
Added Colour
Anise seed
Ethoxyquin (as a perservative)
As my previous fish flakes (Saga tropical fish flakes), I can see the ingredients are perfectly normal:
White fish meal
Yeast
Wheat flour
Shrimp meal
Soybean meal
Gluten
Fish oil
Squid meal
16 Vitamins
8 Minerals

I just feed my cories at the same time as all the other fish; leftover food. I also have the occasional frozen bloodwoorms which are fed every three days.
