Nice start Mark. I am building a S. American Biotope for Angels. I thought about narrowing in on a specific location like Peru, but it turns out there are not as many plant options in S. American biotopes, opposed to an Asian Biotope. Unless I am just having a hard time finding them.

What is the plant around the wood? I am doing dwarf sag as a carpet, but taming it so the cories have free sand. What cories do you have?

I believe that the plant around the driftwood is called Rotala Wallichii . And the.cory breed i have is sterbais corys. I have two adults and just purchased three baby ones

Thanks ! I almost got discus again today. But sadly their discus were on growth hormones and did not look to great. I think ill have to have another go after the summer when i get back from my vacations.

Been out of the hobby for a few years but just re set up an old 29 gallon I had sitting around ! So I am going to try discus again and just picked up three juvys ! Here is a pic of the tank for now
