p.s. in my trusted aquarium fishy book it comments that ANY fish takes 24 hours to acclimatize to different water anyways so it says just put them into the tank after the 15 minutes temperature adjustment time. And no need to add tank water to their bag. Personally I figure it doesn't hurt the fish if you do add your tank water to the bag. However..........Definitely don't put lfs water into your tank. You could be transferring ich or all sorts of goodies in with it.

there is ich in your tank already, your fish just arent susceptible to it till tehy're stressed.
