What Stock To Get?

hello all i am new to fish keeping and have a fully cycled fluval 125 (125 litre) tank. it currently has 3 platys and 4 neon tetras. i will be getting more tetras possibly 6 more but was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what other fish i can get. i want them to be colourful but get on with the fish i already have! ps i also want a 'cleaning fish' any advice is greatly appreciated!

Well you have several options. You can go with a tetra tank mainly and have neons, blackshirts, phamton etc.. You could also get some more live bearers. For a cleaning crew you could get cories and either ottos or SEA.
So in terms of number I would go with:
-12 neons tetras
-6-8 blackskirts tetras
-6-8 rummy nose or phamton tetras
-5-6 platies
-6 cories
-2 SAE or 5 ottos

Rams are colorful and fun they would work. I like black skirts but they are black and silver. Gouramis are are colorful and most are Peaceful. guppies are colorful.
