I just would like to know what ph level i need what temperature or any other specs i need to keep balances because i'm tired of my fish all dying on me and all that money going to waste

Temperature depends on the fish you are keeping. PH is best left as is, unless you want to get a reverse osmosis unit to start from plain water, and reconstitute to your specific needs. This is usually done for sensitive fish, or if your water is really bad.

What size tank, tank inhabitants, how long has the tank been running, and results of water tests will help anyone here help with your problem. A little history of fish losses, any medications used, and tank maintinance procedures will help as well.

My tank temperatures range anywhere from the upper 60's to the mid 80's, depending on the fish. My pH from the tap is 7.7, fairly hard water. All my fish acclimate to this water fine.

BTW, welcome to TFF! :D

When choosing fish for a tank, you have to take the adult size into account, unless you have somplace to rehome them when they get too big for your current tank. With the tank size you mentioned, 1, or maybe 2 angels would work if they were compatable with each other, sometimes angels have issues with aggression. Neons are the natural food for angels, they would probably start to dissapear as the angels get larger. Some sharks get pretty big, and some get pretty aggressive with each other if kept in the same tank.

Don't be shy about asking questions here, there's plenty of people here willing to help you get started right! :)
