What Species?

What type of fish are the two red and yellow ones? I bought both of them as marigolds a couple months ago but i recently went to a petstore who got a stock of marigolds and they look completely different from mine.

hmm... i dont know, maybe they are a different kind of marigold. They sorta look like platys too tho.

Someone said the top one is a high fin sunset platy i think. But i am not sure of the one on the bottom. They should be same species because they were sold together and always hangout together in my tank. But the guy who told me the top one doesnt think they are the same species.

Both defo platies. High fin is the say species, just a variation, like the crowntail betta is still a betta, etc.
